For me there is only the emotion of taking you to some less traveled sections where sleeping beauties are waiting to be admired. The pleasure of explaining why movie stars like the Winged Victory of Samothrace, or Venus di Milo have become so famous. The vivid memory of my first visit to the medieval moat. The shivers when you think of all the history these walls have witnessed.

The tour will cover the preselected areas depending on your choice of tour (Highlights or specific sections/artworks or a mix).
 
After an overview of selected artworks, we will head out for a scenic walk along the Seine river, crossing romantic Dauphine square, all the way to Sainte Chapelle.
 
With hundreds of square meters of stain glass, one wonders how the chapel is still standing after 800 years. Built not even a century after Notre Dame Cathedral, the Sainte Chapelle was meant to be a treasure case for the king's precious relics.
 
We will access the monument through the priority group access and a short tour of the main level will allow us to read and understand the religious and political messages hidden in the multicolored glass. Whether sunny or rainy, any day is a wonder at Sainte Chapelle.
